Stuck for a plan?

Stuck for ideas after uni? Not quite sure what you wnat to do or where you want to go? Have you considered making yourself a three year plan? You may be scrunching up your face right now, but it doesn’t have to be tedious. Just have a think about what you would like to do. It could even be three dot points. For example: 1. Move out of home 2. Secure a full time job 3. Progress in the company that you are working for.

I recently heard an interesting goal from someone who came through ProGrad’s assessment day. She wanted to own her own boat in her 20’s so that her and her friends will enjoy partying on it. I thought it was a great goal and she is determined to achieve this goal by starting her career somewhere where she will make a lot of money.

If your goal or three year plan is similar and you would like to earn quite a bit of money in your 20’s, then we may have the avenue for you.

Here at ProGrad we place graduates in business to business sales roles within a variety of different sectors. These positions are a great way for graduates to make big bucks, with a great base salary and commission and bonuses on top of that which can potentially score you that boat in your 20’s!!!

Working for ProGrad has been such a great experience and learning curve for me. Let me tell you, you don’t stop learning after you finish university! There are actually so many things I overlooked entering the business world. But I am now greatful that I have had the chance to experience them in variety.

I have been at ProGrad a month now and I look forward to continue developing my skills and take on more responsibility.

Have you recently started a full time job from university and would like to share your experiences? I would love to hear them! You can start a discussion on our Facebook fan page or email me directly at nicola@prograd.com.au.

Stay tuned to find out what happens next!
